Inkjet Printer Return Policy;

 

Items purchased: inkjet printers, Sublimation printer packages; ChromaBlast printer packages; Film Output printer packages; or any other type of inkjet printer or package. 

 

Once an inkjet printer is used its value decreases tremendously.  Due to this we cannot accept a return on any of the above items under our standard 30 day return policy.  We recommend that you do your research extensively on any inkjet printer that you purchase.  Keep in mind, if we sell it, there are hundreds of customers already using it successfully, if the system didn’t work we wouldn’t sell it!  We are happy to send printed samples from the printer you are interested in purchasing so you can check out the quality of product that printer produces.  Request samples at sales@ryonet.net.

 

If you wish to try and return an inkjet printer you must call our customer service department at 800-314-6390.  Our goal is to help you print successfully so to avoid excessive restocking fees we will first try to troubleshoot any problem you may have.  99% of inkjet printer problems can be solved by trouble shooting or warranty replacement through Epson. If you do not wish to pursue these options and want to continue to return the inkjet printer, we return only on a case by case basis.  Depending on the condition of the printer, how much it was used, and how much ink is still left in it or in the package, we have the ability to assess up to a 50% restocking fee.  Restocking fees will be assessed on the receipt of the return and then taken off of the return amount.

 

Original shipping will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping to Ryonet in Vancouver, WA.  All returns MUST have an R/A number or they will be refused on delivery.
