Ryonet Shipping Timelines & Policies

      Our strategically placed distribution centers give us the ability to ship from both Vancouver, Washington and NW Arkansas which intern drastically decreases the ship  time and cost throughout the United States.  Our goal is to reach our customers as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.  The goal of this page is accurately convey to customers the approximate ship to times and locations. Through the transition period, as our new shipping facility builds it's stock and product inventory, we estimate that roughly 90% of our orders will go out as planned.  However, Ryonet makes no warranty or guarantees on delivery times. The maps and ground transit times on this page are estimated times that should hold true 90% of the time.  Below you will find a map of products that are only stocked in Washington and transit times for those shipments. Partial shipments may ship from both locations.  UPS Ground charges are calculated from the segregated shipping zones shown in the maps below.

Ryonet is also implementing FREE shipping on all "PRODUCT" orders placed online that total over $50. THIS OFFER IS VALID IN ONLY THE FOLLOWING STATES: WASHINGTON, OREGON, and ARKANSAS.  "PRODUCT" orders only apply to IN STOCK screen products such as screens, chemicals, ink, and other screen printing peripherals.  The term "PRODUCTS" DO NOT apply to equipment, packages, kits, or custom screen orders.  It also only applies to orders that are shipped via UPS, not via Freight or Truck line.

Multiple Shipping Charges: Depending on the product or package you order, you may see multiple shipping charges and additional packaging and crate fees itemized on your order.  Please don't be alarmed by these multiple charges, this simply means that the different parts of the order are being calculated separately.  

Shipping to Canada: Unfortunately we are only able to ship UPS Standard to Canada through our website.  If faster shipping is desired, please call us at 800-314-6390 for a shipping quote.  Depending on location in Canada and boarder processing times, packages should arrive between 3-8 business days.  Locations that are closest to our shipping centers should receive packages the quickest, (such as cities in the southern parts of Ontario and B.C.). A slightly longer transit time may apply if you’re located in a midwest, east coast, or remote part of a province.  As always tracking numbers will be emailed to you.

ORDER INSPECTION POLICY

Do to the nature of the screen printing business, we realize that many times our customers are relying on our products and shipments to produce time sensitive orders.  The Ryonet shipping department has a + 98% shipment accuracy rating but from time to time something may be missed or the wrong item may be in an order. We ALWAYS rectify these problems immediately and re-ship the right product either via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  Our strategically placed distribution centers can reach anywhere in the US in 2-3 business days using these methods of shipment.  If an expedited shipping method was selected on the original order, then an expedited shipment method will be used to rectify the order.   

CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR ORDER.  

This will help insure that you receive your product quickly and help avoid last minute rush situations.  If an order is not inspected within the given time restraints then we will still rectify the problem up to 30 days after the receipt of the order by reshipping the items via ground service.  All claims made after 30 days of the receipt of order will be handled on a case by case base at the discretion of Ryonet.  As always we want to insure that our customers are satisfied, you will not be disappointed.
