If you've out grown your equipment, Ryonet now offers a solution. We're allowing up to 70% store credit towards the purchase of new equipment. You can step into larger equipment that fits your expanding business needs. Please see details below. This upgrade program is available for customers that purchased their equipment from Ryonet and are upgrading to newer or larger equipment sold by Ryonet. More Details below. Cash Buy Back Option:
Now you can put some cash in your pocket by selling us the equipment you no longer need. If screen printing equipment does not have a place in your shop anymore, Ryonet now offers a buy back option. Ryonet will make you an offer based on the age, use, and condition of your equipment. Please see the guideline below. If you have any questions about this program please email: jheld@ryonet.net

General Guidelines:
• Equipment is valued at a % of original invoice price. If purchased as a part of a package, equipment will be calculated at package pricing.
• Credit and Cash percentages are based off of age and condition of equipment (see below)
• Customer must fill out application and agree to guidelines (see below).
• Customer will be responsible for Handling and Packing to insure safe shipping.

Step 1
Complete and email the form below to jheld@ryonet.net. Please add any additional information you think would be important. If you do not get a response in a 24 hour period, please re-submit. At this point you will be emailed a proposal of what we'll be willing to offer and any additional conditions or exceptions will need to be agreed on by both parties.

Step 2
Package and box your equipment. You will be responsible for safe packaging or crating of the equipment. Once the shipment is ready, you have the option for Ryonet to arrange pick-up. The cost of shipping will be taken from the amount of store credit or cash you will be issued.

Step 3
Once the equipment is in our hands, we will do a thorough inspection and test to make sure the equipment arrives as described in the agreement. Once the equipment has been approved, you will immediately be issued a store credit. If would prefer cash, we will refund the original purchasing card or issue a Ryonet business check via mail.

Additional Notes:
Below is a general guideline of amounts of credit or cash usually offered. You will get more for your buck by choosing the store credit option. Packing and handling is very important. On Screen Printing Press upgrades and buy backs, we will not judge the condition of the overall press based on the condition of your platen/print boards. If you're worried about the equipment being damaged in transit, please email jheld@ryonet.net for advice and tips for packing. We will not exchange or return any used supplies. If you have equipment on that is not on the above list and want to know if it qualifies, please email jheld@ryonet.net. Email or call if you have any general questions or concerns. If your equipment is in Excellent/Mint condition, we will entertain shipping it directly to another customer that will save you shipping costs. Although buy back prices might seem low, keep in mind the amount of money you've already made with your equipment. Also, now that Ryonet is offering trade ins and buy backs, that means we'll also be refurbished equipment at discounted prices. As of now, this a new program but as our inventory builds please check our "Used/Refurb" page our website.

Application Process:

Copy the following questionnaire and attach detailed pictures of equipment, email to jheld@ryonet.net (max email size 5 mb). Equipment age and condition will be verified and a proposed credit sent back to you via email.

	Excellent
	Looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. No paint or body touchup needed or done in the past and is free of rust. All Electrical Components Functioning Flawlessly No Parts Need To Be Replaced, includes excellent pallet condition, belts, or bulbs. All components & hardware included. Under 100 Hours of Use
	Good
	Free of any major defects. The paint & body have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. Negligible or no rust on equipment. All components & hardware included. Needs some reconditioning (new platens or bulbs).
	Fair
	Some cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable operating condition. The paint and/or body need touchup work performed by a professional. Platens or bulbs need to be replaced. There may be some repairable rust damage. Missing or need of replacement of some hardware.
	Poor NOT ACCEPTED AS TRADE IN
	Severe mechanical and/or cosmetic defects and is in poor running condition. May have problems that cannot be readily fixed such as a damaged frame or a rusted-through body. Electrical components not functioning. Missing components, (arms, legs, belt, electrical) that prevent machine from operation. Severe water, fire, or rust damage that affects the functionality of machine.
