Store Credit / Upgrade Option:

If you've out grown your equipment, Ryonet now offers a solution. We're allowing up to 65% store credit towards the purchase of new equipment. You can step into larger equipment that fits your expanding business needs. Please see details below. This upgrade program is available for customers that purchased their equipment from Ryonet and are upgrading to newer or larger equipment sold by Ryonet. More Details below.

General Guidelines:
• Equipment is valued based off original invoice price. If purchased as a part of a package, equipment will be calculated at package pricing.
• Customer must fill out application and agree to guidelines (see below).
• Customer will be responsible for Handling, Packing, & Shipping back to Ryonet's headquarter in WA.

Please Note: We do not buy back supplies or digital printers (ink, Epson printers, film, screens, etc)

How to Get Started:

Email: Sales@ryonet.net and describe your equipment. We need to know: The Condition based of chart below and the approximate date the equipment was purchased. If you have your original receipt please send the number. The more details you send, the better. Pictures are good too. We will reply with an approval email. After you receive that email, you have 2 options.

Option 1:
Pack up all of your equipment. Ship it to Ryonet's Headquarters in Vancouver, Washington. Please include all of your contact info including Name, Address, Email, & Phone. Once the package arrives you will be contacted within 1 week. If you are not contacted, or if you would like to speed up the process, please call us as soon as you see the package has arrived. At this point, we will apply your credit to whatever supplies, kit, or equipment you wish to buy. If there is a difference owed, your supplies or equipment will be sent when that is paid. Please call before you send your packages and get an RMA number. This will help speed up the process.

Option 2: (Recommended)
Go ahead and order the equipment you want to upgrade to. Pay for it in full over the phone or on our website. When the new equipment is arrives, get it set up and working. Pack up your old equipment. Ship it back to Ryonet's Headquarters in Vancouver, WA. Please include all of our contact info including Name, Address, Email, & Phone. When the packages arrive, you will be contacted within 1 week. If you are not contacted, or if you would like to speed up the process, please call us as soon as you see the package has arrived. At this point, we will refund your credit card the amount owed. Please call before you send your packages and get an RMA number. This will help speed up the process.

Please understand this is a general guideline and our intention is to help our customers expand their business. Ryonet is not interested in buying equipment that we do not sell. We are not responsible for damages that occur in transit. Please be sure to pack your boxes/crates very well. We recommend buying insurance. If you have equipment you bought from us and its not on the above list, please email sales@ryonet.net to ask if its eligible.  If your equipment is in Excellent/Mint condition and you have the original boxes, we will consider shipping it directly to a new customer. This will save you shipping costs. This is a special exception and is not the preferred option. Although our Upgrade prices might seem low, keep in mind the amount of profit you've already made with your equipment. Now that Ryonet accepts trade ins, this also means we'll be able to sell refurbished equipment at discounted prices. Please check the "Used/Refurbished" page our website for up to date availability on used/refurbished equipment.

  • Free of any major defects.
  • The paint & body have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems.
  • Negligible or no rust on equipment.
  • All components & hardware included.
  • Needs some reconditioning (new platens or bulbs).

  • Some cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable operating condition.
  • The paint and/or body need touchup work performed by a professional.
  • Platens or bulbs need to be replaced.
  • There may be some repairable rust damage.
  • Missing or need of replacement of some hardware.
  Poor NOT ACCEPTED AS TRADE IN
 
  • Severe mechanical and/or cosmetic defects and is in poor running condition.
  • May have problems that cannot be readily fixed such as a damaged frame or a rusted-through body.
  • Electrical components not functioning.
  • Missing components, (arms, legs, belt, electrical) that prevent machine from operation.
  • Severe water, fire, or rust damage that affects the functionality of machine.
